After your initial consultation, we will begin designing your build plan along with an estimated cost to do so. We will execute our builders contract, and after the initial deposit, begin finalizing all plans as well as begin the permitting process. Our team expedites this process as quickly as possible.

Time to begin construction! We pride ourselves on having a shorter time frame than our competition to complete this phase. Our typical time to build is around four and a half months.

We will complete all punch list items, final inspections, and landscaping. Then, it’s time to move in! We look forward to hearing all about the new memories you’ll make in your custom dream home. This phase typically takes 2-3 weeks.
